Holy Halvah

Created in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont, with maple syrup from down the road, each small batch is made with care and intention. Halvah (sometimes "halva") is a simple whole food, that reaches back to Old World Persia. Our recipe honors this ancient snack, while utilizing a most abundant and local to us sweetener; maple syrup! Organic sesame tahini, pure Vermont maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. That's it! This beautifully simple treat is an amazing energy source, and is free of gluten, grains, dairy, and refined sugar. Holy Halvah choose to create this halvah without the use of additives or emulsifiers. Flaky, sweet/salty, and protein rich. Our customers love to tell how addicted they are!
